The Foundry Twin Bistro Table combines two cast-iron bistro pedestals into one frame: two turned columns with scrolled feet, joined by an arched upper rail under the top. The result is a rectangular table that carries the vintage brasserie look while behaving rigidly enough for daily service.
The connecting rail matters. Two independent cast-iron pedestals under a long top can each rock slightly on an uneven floor; tie them together and the frame becomes one stiff unit, and the glides only have to correct the floor, not the base.
The top is a charcoal fine-textured surface in a timber band with generously rounded corners — kinder to hips in tight aisles and less prone to edge damage. Sintered stone is the default surface; high-pressure laminate is available for lighter projects.
Cast iron is heavy and stays where it is put, so this is a table for fixed layouts: wall lines, window runs and banquette fronts. All iron is powder coated black, and the feet carry floor-protecting glides.
