About

Stone & Base (a line by EASEN Commercial Furniture) designs and manufactures restaurant tables as matched top-and-base packages: sintered stone, marble-look, travertine-look, dark stone-look and solid wood tops on steel, cast-iron and timber bases. We build to order in our own production base in Lecong, Foshan, China, issue shop drawings before production and ship factory-direct to restaurant designers and operators in the US and Europe.

Stone & Base project scene 12

Stone & Base exists because a restaurant table is two products that are usually bought separately: a top from one supplier, a base from another, and a wobble that nobody owns. We treat the table as one engineered unit. The top's size, thickness and weight decide the base's spread, column section and foot; the base's footprint decides where chairs and knees can go. Both are drawn together and built together.

Stone & Base is a line by EASEN Commercial Furniture. Our production base is in Lecong, in the Shunde District of Foshan, Guangdong, China — the world's largest furniture trading hub, where stone fabricators, steel fabricators, timber mills and finishing shops sit within a short drive of each other. That proximity is the practical reason we can offer sintered stone, real wood, steel and cast-iron bases under one roof and one quality check.

How we work

Every project starts with a drawing. You send a floor plan or a table schedule; we answer with shop drawings that state top size, thickness, edge profile, base type and spread, column section and overall height for each table type. Production starts only after you sign those drawings off. Where colour or stability matters, we build a pre-production sample first.

We make to order. Sizes, heights (dining, counter, bar), top materials and finishes are specified per project, and minimums are kept low for contract orders. Mixed-SKU containers are normal — tables can travel with banquettes and chairs from other EASEN lines. Lead time is typically 30–45 days for standard designs and 45–60 days for custom work after approval, plus transit, and is confirmed in each quote. We ship export-packed by sea on FOB, CIF or DDP terms.

Who it is for

Restaurant designers specifying a full table package; operators opening or refitting a dining room; hospitality groups that want one table family across sites. If you need two-tops, four-tops, rounds, high-tops and a communal table that look like they came from one hand, that is exactly the brief this line was built for.

Experience behind the line

EASEN's furniture has been installed in restaurants including a Sichuan restaurant in Beijing, the CHIO cafe-lounge in Guangzhou, a Sichuan restaurant in Hangzhou and a hot pot restaurant in Hanzhong — rooms where tables are wiped down dozens of times a day and hot pans meet the surface every service. Those projects shaped our defaults: banded edges, levelling glides, threaded inserts and tops chosen for cleaning, not just for photographs.

We do not claim local manufacturing or a local warehouse. We are a factory in Foshan that draws carefully, builds to the drawing and ships direct.

How we work

  1. 1

    Brief and floor plan

Send the plan, cover count and service style. We return a table schedule with suggested sizes for two-tops, four-tops and larger parties, plus the top material and base type for each zone.

  2. 2

    Shop drawings

Every table is drawn with top size, thickness, edge profile, base spread, column section and overall height. Nothing is cut until you sign the drawings off.

  3. 3

    Samples

Request finish chips and stone swatches, or a complete pre-production table, so you can check colour, edge feel and stability before the full run is built.

  4. 4

    Production and inspection

Tops and bases are built in our Foshan production base, assembled, levelled and checked against the drawings, then knocked down and export-packed by table number.

  5. 5

    Shipping and set-up

We ship FOB, CIF or DDP as quoted. Bases bolt to tops with pre-set inserts, and glides are adjusted on site in minutes with a standard wrench.
